Account Settings

Your account is created when you install LeadUp on a store, and is tied to that store. There is nothing to edit by hand:

• You sign in through your Shopify admin, with no separate password
• Your plan is set through Shopify checkout and follows the store you installed on
• Your email comes from the Shopify admin you are signed in as

Control what emails you receive in Settings > Notifications:

• New lead alerts - Instant notification when a new lead is scored
• Weekly digest - Summary of lead activity and score changes
• Score changes - Alert when a lead changes segment
• Billing updates - Payment confirmations and renewal reminders

Manage security in Settings > Security:

• View and revoke active sessions
• Download a copy of all your data
• Delete your account permanently (cannot be undone)
